Le Pays de la Sagouine  
Bouctouche
Le Pays de la Sagouine is located in Bouctouche just 40 minutes north of Moncton, one hour from the fixed link to Prince Edward Island and 2 1/2 hours south of Caraquet. Created from internationally-renowned Acadian novelist, playwright and author Antonine Maillet's imagination, Le Pays is the island where Acadians celebrate. Characters speak a colourful language rooted in the living Acadian culture.

Irving Eco-Centre, La dune de Bouctouche  
Bouctouche
The centre was developed to preserve and restore one of the few remaining great sand dunes on the northeastern coastline of North America. At the same time the centre provides opportunities for people, especially students, to learn more about the dune and its ecology. The white sand dune that stretches 12 km across Bouctouche Bay is a result of the constant action of wind, tides and sea currents since the last ice age.

A remarkably authentic historical site, the Village Historique Acadien Phoenix Award Winner strives to portray the lives of Acadians between 1770 and 1939.
